Shirley Martinez Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Martinez of Blackfoot, Idaho, born in Rehoboth, New Mexico, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry James and Sadie Kee; and her siblings, Edward, Willie and Freddie.
She is survived by: her husband Lupe Martinez of Blackfoot; her children, Kathie Ann (Nicole) of Caldwell, Suzie of Shelley, Sadie Rosa (Jesse) of Nampa and Santos "Jimmy" (Kim) of Sacramento, CA; and her siblings, Betty of New Mexico, Bessie of New Mexico, Raymond of New Mexico, Teri of New Mexico, Berta of New Mexico and Wayne of New Mexico. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
The family is requiring that those in attendance wear masks and observe social distancing. Due to these Covid 19 restrictions, those friends and loved ones that prefer to stay home can watch the service on a live broadcast.
