He was predeceased by : his grandfather Clyde; his uncle Chuck; his cousin Ryon Carney; and his mother-in-law Kathleen Tanner. He is survived by : his parent Jerry Kendall; his children, Riley (Morgan Kaster), BoDean and Morgan; his wife Tami; his grandson Huxin; his parent Bobe Shurtz Kendall; his siblings, Skeeter Kendall (Dave Wescott) and Clyde Kendall (Nicole); and his grandparents, Verna Kendall, Thelda Shurtz and Roy Shurtz.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made at any D.L. Evans Bank for Morgan's future.
