He is survived by: his sisters, Chrystal Collins of Rome, GA and Trisha Boswell of Forsyth, GA.; his nephews, Jonathan Anderson of Rome and Derek Fountain (Chloe) of Forsyth; his great-niece Presley Anderson of Rome; his great-nephews, Liam Fountain and Cayman Mullinax of Forsyth; his aunts, Dot Mullis and Hazel Payne of Forsyth; his cousins, Timmy Mullis, Lisa Granger, Donna Brown, Debra Daniels and Susan Hollar; and his close friends, Andrea and Braxton Goolsby of Forsyth, GA.
