He is survived by: his wife Irena; his brother David Fackler (Dena) of Tempe, AZ; his daughter Denie Tackett; his grandsons, Shawn Tackett, James Tackett of Boise and Joshua Fackler; his children-in-law, Jana Cakurdova and Roman Cakurda; and his grandchildren, Hugo Cakurda and Marie Ema Cakurdova of Prague.
