She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lisle Harris Fullmer and Lois Irene Fullmer; her husband Theodore Fred Kollecker; her brother Charles Dunn; her children, Brady Micheal Kollecker and Amber Brooke Montgomery (Joshua SR); and her siblings, Tawna Marie Noftzger (Tom) and Donald Leroy Dunn (Linda).
She volunteered through the National Youth Foundation and Older Youth Service Corp.
