He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Arthur Blackstock Sr. and Bessie Elizabeth Blackstock (Willis); and his daughter Sonia. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Jill (Patrick Nix) and Karl (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Luke Tonnemaker (Amanda), Ethan Tonnemaker, Amy Ferguson, David Gans, Chelsea Blackstock and Ansley Paris. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cloverdale Funeral Home (1100 N Cloverdale Rd, Boise, ID 83713-7805). A reception will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cloverdale Funeral Home (1200 N Cloverdale Rd, Boise, ID 83713).
