She is survived by: her husband Richard Vaughn; her children, Kathy, Rick, Carolyn and Rob; her grandchildren, Megan, Melissa, Ashley, Angela, Arica, Veronica and Micah; her great grandchildren, Shelby, Kira, Anna, Abbey, Brian, Brody, Nyla, Zayley, Aria, Michael and Katherine; her brother George Maddalina; and her niece Teresa Poirier.
