She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Frank Provence and June Marie Herzog. She is survived by: her siblings, Lester Provence (Nanci), Dale Provence (Roxanne), Joyce Provence and Carmen Hammari (Arnold); and also, Dean Andrus and Lester. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
