He is survived by: his brother Preston (Jennifer); his parents, Garry Ames and Nancy Ames; his brother David Bloxham; his grandparents, Alan Smith, Ada Smith and Eugene F. Hatch; his uncles, Martin Hatch and Kurttis Smith; and his aunt Sharon Zitlau. He is also survived by cousins; and many good friends.
