He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Brooks and Eula Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Sue E. Taylor; his children, Jason Andrew Brooks (Andy) and Kristin Lynelle Brooks (White); his granddaughters, Rachel and Erica; his son-in-law Emanuel; his granddaughters, Addison, Marlie, Alexis and Desiree; his son Andy; and his siblings, Richard (Kaye Brooks), Anita (Chuck Marriott) and Ronald (Ada Maureen). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

The cemetery requires social distancing and the wearing of a mask.
