He was predeceased by: his parents, B. W. Farnsworth and Stella Farnsworth; his wife Caroline L. Gauss Fletcher; and his son Dennis. He is survived by: his children, Germany, Peru, Africa, Russia, Ann Stowell (George), Kaye Kalman (Ric) and Sue Johnson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
