He is survived by: his mother June Boldt Waters; his former spouse Ranae Steiner; his daughter Julie; his wife Linda Osterhout Palmer Grimsman; his son Kent Waters (Shelly); and his siblings, Julie Shull (Ryan), Falls, JoDee Adams (Brian) of Henefer, Tami Hutchison (Brad) of Malta, Trent Grimsman (Clara) of Heyburn, Kenny Grimsman of Rupert and Kaye Quesnell of Burley. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.
