He was predeceased by: his parent Ernest Guy; the mother of his children Ellen LaRae Kelley; his grandparents, Ray, Bertha James, Lewis and Annie Tolman; his stepfather Lee Fowler; and his mother Camille Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife LaRae Tolman of Burley; his children, Cindy Rae Steen (Barry) of Twin Falls, Terry Royce Tolman of Meridian and Guy O'Dell Tolman (Billie) of Hansen; his siblings, Bret Fowler (Pattie) of Caldwell, Deanne Taylor (Steve) and Jolene Hines (Jerry) of Burley; and his aunt June McCullough (Buck) of Taylorsville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
