She was predeceased by : her parents, Norman Ross Howe and Martha Joann Cobb Howe; and her brother Bruce Marshall Howe. She is survived by : her husband Steven D. Mosher of Challis, Idaho; her brother Mark Ross Howe (Shawna) of Point Richmond, California; her nephew John Ross Howe; her niece Serena Howe; and her stepchildren, Tina Marie Miller of Santaquin, Jeremy Steven Mosher of Hamilton, Jillian Sabrina Eaves of Lethbridge, Sharon Lyn Stettner of Coaldale, Alberta and Sheri Lei Young of Coaldale. She is also survived by many step-grandchildren and 3 step-great-grandchildren.
