He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed Capell and Nola Capell (Myers); and his grandchildren, Michaelson and O'Lexey. He is survived by: his wife Anna Mary Capell; his grandchildren, Ross Capell (Nicole), Jimmy O'Lexey (Andolina), Lindsey Michaelson (Wade) and Lacy Nations (Clinton); and his sisters, Audrey Chandler, Janice Briscoe and Brenda Capell. He is also survived by his four children.
Due to covid restrictions and limited seating family will reach out to specific individuals to attend the service in person.
