She was predeceased by: her parents, Luella Winn (Holman) and Lloyd Junior Winn; her husband Rodney M Tovey; and her brother David Winn. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Lloyd Tovey (Amy Geiger) of Pocatello, Terrel Ned Tovey (Serena Lloyd) of Pocatello and Tara Tovey Burrell (Davey Burrell) of Pocatello; her grandchildren, Katherine Tindall (Tovey), Madelyn Tovey, Sophia Tovey, Hadlie Burrell, Caroline Burrell, Isabella Tovey and Taliesin Tovey; and her caregiver Char.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (135 S 7th Ave, Pocatello, ID 83201). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1520 S 5th Ave, Pocatello, ID 83205).
