He was predeceased by: his parents, George Guyette and Edna Guyette; his stepmother Ruth Guyette; and his siblings, Ella Guyette, George Guyette and Janet Youngs.
He is survived by: his children, Samuel James Guyette of Pocatello, Frank James Guyette of Hutchinson, Kansas, Francine Guyette of Wichita and Ruth Flores (Armando); and his sister Kathleen Guyette Birmingham. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
