He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Griffin Rowe and Lila Elizabeth Farnham Rowe; his siblings, Dorothy Bull, Darrell Rowe, Robert W. Rowe (Bob), Thomas G. Jr. Rowe (Tim), Bettie Cox, Leroy Rowe (Todd) and Roger Rowe; and his great grandchild Everly Mae Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Coleen of Eagle, ID; his sons, J. Craig Rowe (Karmen) of Eagle, ID, Calvin Rowe (Jeanine) of Chubbuck, ID, Blain Rowe of Las Vegas, NV and Brad Rowe (Bonnie Jo) of Las Vegas, NV; and his sister Emma Jean Rowe Leydet of Boise, ID. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-nine great grandchildren.
