She was predeceased by : her parents, Bonnie Bell Craft Forgie and William Raymond Forgie; her former life partner Dale Ray Fisher; and her husband Robert S. Millard. She is survived by : her children, Mark and Avis; and her sisters, Nancy, Iva and Ruby. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
