She was predeceased by : her parents, Glenna Hellickson and Edward Hellickson of Aberdeen, Idaho.; and her grandparents, Doris Blalock, Orzillia Hellickson, Willie Viola (Billie), Lavon Jenkins and Ronald Hellickson.

She is survived by : her husband David Shook; her children, Casey Phillips, Randy Phillips and Kayla Phillips; her sister Katrina Evans; her son Joshua; and her children-in-law, Amber, Felicia, Shelby and Angel.
