He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight J. Curtis and Dorothy L. Curtis; and his siblings, Brenda L. Curtis and Charles Brent (Jean). He is survived by: his brother Zehn A. Curtis; his wife Kimberly Curtis; his stepson Thomas Larkin (Dawn Potts); and his sister Jean (Richard Tolman).
