It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Louise Olson of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, born in Bruce, South Dakota, who passed away on May 6, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Reinhold Gerth and Kathe Gerth (Mangels); her husband Roger Olson; her children, Ronald (Lisa), Kathryn Laursen of El Cajon, California and Karen Olson of El Cajon, California; her grandchildren, Robert Olson of Bonney Lake, Washington, Jolene Pound (Sean) of Chula Vista, California and Eileen Wickstrom of Pullman, Washington.; her great grandchildren, Skyler Olson, Andrew Stevenson, Grace, Ethan Olson, Logan Wickstrom, Makayla Wilcotts, Aiden and Liam Pound; and her great great grandchildren, Emma and Isabella.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 13541 W. Highway 53, Rathdrum, ID 83858.
