She was predeceased by : her parents, Ruth Cook and John Cook. She is survived by : her significant other Dale Wooldridge; and her sons, David, John, Dwayne, Butch and Quincy. She is also survived by daughters-in-law, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, 3 siblings, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
