He was predeceased by : his parents, Kelley Tarter and Viola Kampeter Tarter; and his siblings, Joann Tarter and Boyd Andrew Tarter. He is survived by : his wife Deanna Edwards; his daughters, Kim and Jana; his sister-in-law Susan Lewis; his niece Brenda Massey; and his nephew Kelly Tarter.
