He was predeceased by: his parent Golda Eborn Skinner of Dingle, Idaho.; his daughter Shelby Lin; his father Clifford Skinner; his brothers, Kent Skinner (EmmaLou) and Kirk Skinner (Janet); and his brother-in-law Lynn Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Hymas; his children, Jared Skinner (Alexis) of Dingle, ID, Randy Skinner (Cassie Ann) of Dingle, ID, Cassie Jo Roberts (Collin) of Erda, UT and McKenzie King (Deven) of Bennington, ID; his pets, Ava and Sasha; and his siblings, Terrell Skinner (Denise), Wayne Skinner (Donna), Ann Hunter (Morton), Rex Skinner (Nancy), Lorna Wells, Evan Skinner (Jolaine), Kyle Skinner (Cindy), Tracy Hayes and Kelly Skinner (Justin).
Due to Covid-19 there will only be a private viewing.
