She was predeceased by: her parents, Jamie Johnson McKoy (Johnson) and J. W. McKoy. She is survived by: her husband Gary Otis Russell; her children, Kelly Jeanine Tommack (Danny) of Boise and Douglas Westley Russell (Whitney) of Sandrift; and her grandchildren, Blake, Morgan, Chase, Brooklyn and Aelley.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to ALS Association, Evergreen Chapter.
