It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana Ramsey (Elk Bend, Idaho), born in Preston, Idaho, who passed away on October 18, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Lucinda Goff and Elbert Alonzo Dalley; and her brother Bruce. She is survived by: her husband Charles Witzel Ramsey; and her children, Clay (Cindy), Lucinda Ramsey Torrez (Jody), Ryan (Sarah) and Kevin (Kay). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
