He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Edward and Ella Viola Bennett (Herrmann). He is survived by: his wife Anna L. Bogue; and his children, Lee, Perry of Gillette, April Hayes and Karen Joyner of Emmett. He is also survived by two nephews, seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
