He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Spicer and Ruby Spicer; his wife Bonnie Eldridge of Emmett; his children, Stephen Spicer (Jean) of Lawrence, Jerry Spicer of Emmett, Tim Spicer of Sagle and Robin Spicer of Emmett; and his siblings, John Spicer (Josephine) of Emmett, Gene (Rose), Merle Spicer (Loretta) of Emmett, Lonnie Spicer (Doris) of Emmett, Earline Reed of Oregon, Ruby Mirine Winkler of Emmett and Dinah Kay of Boise. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
