He was predeceased by : his parents, James E. Kevan and Beverly Simon Kevan; his wife Rhonda; his brother Samuel; and his granddaughter Megan Kevan.
He is survived by : his sibling Falls; his former life partner Marilu; his sons, James William Kevan of Rupert, ID, Jason Charles Kevan (Kristi) of Kennewick, WA. and Erick Culver (Kari); his sister Valerie Blackwood (Jessie) of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Jordanne Riddle (Cody), Kiana Kevan, Justin Kevan, Mikaela Kevan, Kaleb, Kaitlyn, Elisa Culver, Ember and Kemper Blackwood; his great grandchildren, Kameron, Kreighton, Kayden, Journee, Paxton, Kristian, Kaleb Riddle, Sofya Urbina and Zatrick Kevan; and his siblings, Oley Kevan (Meg), Mary Kramer (Jim), Bev Shewmaker (Glenn) and Connie Egbert (Paul).
