With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rhonda Kevan (Filer, Idaho), born in Weiser, Idaho, who passed away on January 12, 2019 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roxanna Gra (Bodkin) and Richard R. Gra; her spouse Frederick N. Culver; her children, Erick Lawrence and Valerie Delmarie; her spouse James L. Kevan; her children, Kaleb, Kaitlyn, Elisa, Ember and Kemper; her stepfather Ernest Bowman; her brother Clay Graham (Alex); and her sons, Jim of Rupert and Jason (Kristi) of Kennewick, WA.. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, inlaws, outlaws and dear, dear friends.
