He was predeceased by : his parents, William D. (Bill) and Karen Bunn Hayes of Georgetown; and his aunt Edra Bunn. He is survived by : his sister Valerie Ann Hayes Ross; his uncle Elwyn "Chip" Hayes (Sandy); his aunt Julianna Hewlett; his cousins, Matt Bunn, Conn Bunn and Christian Hayes; his nephews, Joseph H. Brooks (Constance), Steven D. Brooks (Taira), Nathan C. Brooks and Matthew A. Brooks; and his niece Rebecca Green. He is also survived by seven great-nieces and nephews.
