He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Kenneth and Ligia Gallegos. He is survived by : his parents, Estill Howard and Andrea Marie Smith; and his brother Joseph Gallegos of Colorado.

A rosary will be held on Wednesday, June 5th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (504 N 3rd St, King City, CA 93930).
