He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Elijah Homer and Ritta Dianna Hoover; his wife Rhea Rodgers; his children, Matt R. (Barbara), Mark R. (Janet), Derrick Charles (Judy), Connie Shy (Terry), Zed R. (Marilyn), Kip R., Lex R. (Mary), Maryann Holbrook (Michael), Crystal Tannous (Cleo), Spring Runyan (Herb) and Joanie; and his brother Jerry Peavler (Kathy). He was also cherished by 44 grandchildren that he loved and adored, and 83 great grandchildren.
