He was predeceased by: his wife Joan McMillin (Gamble); his parents, James McMillin and Matilda McMillin (Bernard) of Aberdeen; his siblings, Betty McMillin (Heintz), Kay McMillin (Axtman), Robert McMillin and Rod McMillin; and his son Russell "Rusty" McMillin Jr. Bud.
He is survived by: his daughter Gayle Kuebler (Shayne); his grandchildren, Charnae (Angelo), Mason, Colton, Justin and Ashlynn; and his great grandchildren, Casey, Kyomi, Matthew and Dayton.
