He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Phillips and Rosa Phillips (Snider). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Fanshier-Oswald; his children, Michael Phillips (Donna), Teresa Tanner (Morgan) and Amanda Camin (Michael); his stepsons, James Oswald (Dena), William Oswald (Jessica) and Guy Oswald; his sisters, Luree Mego (Jack) of Lebanon, Ore. and Deanne O'Donnell (Michael) of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Kathryn Phillips, Tracy Tanner, Shelby Welter (Zak), Hayden Tanner, Joshua, Hannah Marcoe, Lillian Camin, James Oswald Jr. (Kayla) and Kayla Jane Oswald; his great grandchildren, Jenna, Taylor Tanner and Jocelyn Welter; his mother-in-law Ruth Fanshier; and his sisters-in-law, Susan Fanshier, Julie Cole and Mary Fanshier-West. He is also survived by uncle; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
