He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn Moncur; his wife Marilyn Blacker; his sons, Royal Jay Blacker (Lisa), Gary Kent Blacker (CharLynn) and Gregg Eric Blacker (Catherine); his sisters, Arlene Koyle, LaRae Thompson (Charles) and Louise Wilson (Fred); and his sister-in-law Judy Blacker. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
