He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodore Cade and Mary Cade; his wife Bonnie Ward (Park); and his grandchildren, Shannon and Dale.

He is survived by : his stepdaughters, LaDon Solomon-Turner of Missouri and Teresa Lee of Oregon; his niece Karen Brisco of Burlington, Washington; and his close friends, Janet, Ivy and Raymond. He is also survived by many grandchildren; nephews; nieces.
