He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Gale and Pauline Franklin (Fox); and his siblings, Lou Ruddell and Steve Franklin. He is survived by : his children, Lori Otto (Karl) of Grand Prairie, Texas, Tami Miller (Ron) of Libby and Ron Franklin (Karen) of Homedale, Idaho; his sisters, Shirley Atteberry (Wayne) of Salem and Sharon Miller of Lake Charles, Louisiana.; his son Phil; and his wife Marilyn (Slover). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
