He was predeceased by : his wife Constance; his parents, Ira Hyer and Valeria Hyer; and his siblings, Lydia, Roasalie and Larry.

He is survived by : his siblings, Rosalie, Ira Lu, Pug (Andrew) and Annette; and his children, Wendy Chertudi (Kepa), Cindy Morgan (Gale), Michael Hyer (Patti), Stanley George Hyer and Stephenie Hyer.
