He was predeceased by : his parents, Eloise Bicandi and Ysedro Bicandi; and his stepparents, Dewey Dexter and Gayanne Bicandi. He is survived by : his children, Jennifer Miller (Kent), Tomas Bicandi (Alison), Antonio Bicandi (Christina) and Ramona Mosekian (Brice); his grandchildren, Marcus Miller, Kylee Miller, Lucas Bicandi, Colton Bicandi, Grace Bicandi and Sofia Mosekian; his aunt Josie Johnson; and his girlfriend Ginny Ponte. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

He was a member of the Elks and donated to many organizations.
