She was predeceased by : her mother Alice Marie Patton Neibert. She is survived by : her father Robert Gene Neibert Sr. of Idaho Falls, ID; her former life partner Ronnie Miller; her children, Chrissy Kennington (Matt), Christopher Miller (Jackie) and Celeste Ramirez (Ricky) of Brigham City, UT; and her siblings, Ricky Lee Neibert of Reno, NV, David Alan Neibert (Kathy) of St. Louis, MO, Debbie Ann Bump (Jeff) of Oakley, UT, Barbara Lynn Gullion of Payson, UT, Robert Gene Neibert, Jr. (Peni) of Idaho Falls, ID and Peter Joseph Neibert (Camille) of Hurricane, UT. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
