He is survived by: his wife Connie Johnson of Pocatello, ID; his children, Kim Manu (Tony) of Pocatello, ID, Kelly Phillips (Mark) of Modesto, CA and Ryan (Becca) of Meridian, ID; his grandchildren, Avery, Taison, Kyler, Aren, Jake, Bridger, Madeline and Brooke; his great grandchild Reagan; and his siblings, Dave, Pat, Margie and Sharon.
