It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Parkinson of Idaho Falls, Idaho, born in Pocatello, Idaho, who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Henry Woodland and Edith Ione Walker Woodland; her son Shawn Robert Parkinson; and her siblings, James Woodland, Donna Lee Frogley and Gaynor Keller.

She is survived by : her husband Robert Eugene Parkinson; her sons, Gard Cole Parkinson (Linda) of Houston, TX, Brad Eugene Parkinson (Carla) of Norwood, CO, Dain James Parkinson (Kyle) of Champlin, MN and Scott Woodland Parkinson (Beth) of Walnut Creek, CA; her daughter-in-law Debbie Parkinson of Idaho Falls, ID; and her brother William H. Woodland (Michelle) of Pocatello, ID. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Shawn Robert Parkinson; brother, James Woodland; and two sisters, Donna Lee Frogley and Gaynor Keller.
