She was predeceased by: her parents, Ireta Minerva Skinner and Edmond Earl Waddoups; her husband Lyle George Allen; her children-in-law, Robert Butcher and Vickie Allen; her grandsons, Adam Allen and Jeremy Allen; and her siblings, Reta Earlene Wilde (Theone), Melba Gustafson (Carl), Sylvia Allen (George), Merle, Marian, Earl Oran Waddoups and Billie Lee Waddoups.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Butcher, Duane Allen, David Allen (Debbie) and Dennis Allen (Linda); and her grandchildren, Greg Butcher, Jared Butcher, Cori Allen, Wendy Allen Wilford, Melissa Butcher Boynton, Leatha Allen Shetka, Amber Allen Larsen, Jennifer Butcher Nelson, Joshua Allen, Meisha Allen Neil and Amy Allen Lambert. She is also survived by her thirty-two great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren, and many loved nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Osgood Ward House (7940 N 35th W, Idaho Falls, ID 83402). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
