She was predeceased by : her husband Alvin Earl Arave; her parents, Gerald Neils Christiansen and Florence Ida Wheeler Christiansen; and her siblings, Rex, Lowell, Clyde, Howard Christiansen, Beth Olsen, Lois Olsen and Marva Layton.
She is survived by : her daughters, Christine Quinn (Allen) of Moses Lake, Washington, Valine Quinn (Paul) of Midway, Utah, Marie Thun (Jerry) of Montrose, Colorado and Joan Hale (Kelly) of Idaho Falls, Idaho; and her brother DeVar Christiansen. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren.
