It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Koenig (Idaho Falls, Idaho), born in Boone, Iowa, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Donna Schmitz; his sons, David (Maureen) and Ken (Kris); his grandsons, Bridger, Mack and Ryder; and his siblings, Edward and Carol.

After 19 years of retirement, John developed Parkinson's and Dementia.
