He is survived by: his parents, Alma Rodriguez (Raymundo) of Idaho Falls, ID and Eduardo Garcia (Irma) of Idaho Falls, ID; his daughter NoElly Garcia; his siblings, Yecenia Diaz (Eligio) of Gonzalez, Yoselin Garcia of Idaho Falls, ID, Alejandra Martinez Rendon of Mexico, Eddie Garcia of Idaho Falls, ID, Joel Garcia of Idaho Falls, ID, Jesus Garcia of Idaho Falls, ID and Francisco Javier Martinez of Mexico; and his grandmothers, Teresa Lopez Rodriguez of Idaho Falls, ID and Maria Guadalupe Rangel Garcia of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
