She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Jay Hart and Wanda Moon Hart; and her brothers, LaMont Waid, Rod Waid, Greg Hart and Scott Hart.
She is survived by: her husband Rod Swofford of Ammon, ID; her children, Jason Swofford (Jori) of Idaho Falls, ID and Tara McMinn (Greg) of Kenai, AK; and her brothers, Jerry Wood (Dawnel) of Ammon, ID and Kim Hart of Iona, ID. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
