With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvan Greenhalgh of Idaho Falls, Idaho, born in Wilford, Idaho, who passed away on October 30, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mothers, Alma Wilburn Greenhalgh and Ethel Marguerite Hiatt Greenhalgh; his siblings, Dorothy Leffler, Norma Ball, Faye Davies, Barbara Rigby, Keith Greenhalgh, LaMar Greenhalgh, Emrys Greenhalgh, Dale Greenhalgh, Nile Greenhalgh, Brent Greenhalgh, Larry Greenhalgh, Terry Greenhalgh and Dennis Greenhalgh; and his grandsons, Matthew Sylvan Bennion and Andrew David Carr.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Greenhalgh of Idaho Falls; his children, Anne Bennion (Mark) of Idaho Falls, Leslie Carr (David) of South Jordan, UT and Brian Greenhalgh (Shelly) of Idaho Falls; and his siblings, Lloyd Greenhalgh (DeAnn) of Rigby, ID, Natella Romrell (Lynn) of Sugar City, ID and Joyce Chappel of Rigby, ID. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid Pandemic, private family services will be held.
